A portion of Harrison Avenue was dedicated to Pfc. William B. Baugh after Harrison’s parade on the Fourth of July. While serving in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1950 during the Korean War, Baugh died after falling on a grenade and saving his comrades from serious injury or possible death. Baugh was from Harrison.
