The city of Harrison, in conjunction with Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, is hosting a business leaders breakfast on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 8:30 a.m. at the Cincinnati State Harrison Campus. 
Immediately following the breakfast, there will be a ribbon cutting and dedication for the two new hangars at the Cincinnati West Airport.

Dr. O’dell Owens, president of Cincinnati State, will be the keynote speaker.

Sen. Rob Portman also is expected to attend the dedication ceremony.
