It was a bittersweet evening for Harrison Ladycats basketball coach Stuart Scrivner last Wednesday. His team defeated Northwest 50-36 to guarantee the Ladycats third place in the Southwest Ohio Conference and a winning season to boot.

Sad news for coach
After the game, though, Scrivner received a message that his father, Alson Scrivner, had died in Lima at the age of 88.
