| Township takes county to court over JW hall |

Jehovah’s Witnesses with there sights set on building an assembly hall and worship center in the combined Harrison Township/Harrison industrial park off Simonson Road will have to fight a legal battle to achieve their goal. Township trustees put on the litigation gloves last week when attorneys filed a lawsuit in Hamilton County Common Please Court challenging a ruling by county commissioners that allows construction based on their interpretation of the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ plan meets zoning regulations.
