Get ready Harrison water customers to pay 5 percent more for service, compounded over the next six years, starting in January.

The all Republican seven-member city council voted unanimously last week to hike water rates for all Harrison customers, inside and outside the municipality, based on a study from engineering consultant Arcadis.
