Sign-ups to be eligible for free assistance through the Harrison Mayor’s Fund during the Christmas Season will be Monday, Dec. 3, through Friday, Dec.7; and Monday, Dec 10, through Friday, Dec.14, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Harrison Community Center, George Street.

You must visit the community center to sign-up. There will no sign-up by phone, said coordinator Bev Garwin.

Assistance will be provided to residents of the Southwest Local School District and West Harrison residents. Toys for children up to age 12 will be available.

Distribution will be Saturday, Dec 22, from 9 a.m. to noon at Harrison High School, West and Dry Fork roads.
