Parents are reminded the City of Harrison has designated trick-or-treat hours from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31,  in the city.

Harrison Police Chief Chuck Lindsey said extra patrols will be making the rounds throughout the city.

Some police officers will be in unmarked cars to elevate  the level of safety in the city, he said.
